A2V were appointed to refurbish the existing effluent treatment plant.
Our investigation confirmed that the original design was satisfactory for the current effluent flows, but that the aeration system needed to be replaced. This was done in a phased approach with minimal disruption to the operation of the plant.
The new aeration system has improved the oxygen transfer capacity of the plant which has been performing better that ever since being recommissioned.
