idose T-series 6lph, 8bar Dosing Pump (External control)

The A2V idose is a solenoid-driven diaphragm metering pump with adjustable frequncy allows for automatic adjustment of accurate dosing  proportional to a flow rate into a tank or pressurised pipeline. The pump is controlled via a pulse signal from a flow mwter to adjust dosing at the proportioanal to the flow rate in a pipeline. The dosing ratio is manually set on the dial.

Installation:

• The pump should be installed as close as possible to the chemical storage tank in a vertical position.. The location should allow for easy daily inspection and maintenance
• The complete standard installation kit is composed of: foot valve with strainer; injection valve and 3m of PE delivery/suction tube.
• Connecting the tube to the pump: pass tube through compression nut, insert the tube through the sleeveso that it extends 25mm beyond the sleeve, push tube firmly into valve seat base, turn comprssion nut onto the connector and tighten.
• Startup: swtich power on, turn frequncy to maximum, loosen the priming valve (air relase valve) and let the pump operate until chemical starts running out of the priming valve, close the priming valve. The pump is not primed and the frequency can be adjusted to the required dosing rate.
