NGK ceramics require pure makeup water for their manufacturing process. A2V designed and supplied a system comprising mixed bed ion exchange resin to treat municipal water to achieve their stringent specifications.
The resin filters are protected against chlorine and particulates by granular activated carbon (GAC) and cartridge filters to ensure longevity. A conductivity probe monitors the water quality and notifies the operator when the plant requires a service.
Demineralisation Plant
